Gigabit over STM1 modem Saba's CORN-STM1 is a non-OS (FPGA based) modem designed for Gigabit Ethernet over STM1 transmission with two pluggable 155.52 Mbps optical /electrical interfaces, which may be used as a TAP for network monitoring, point to point connection, chain or ring network to provide a compact, cost-effective and flexible solution. It connects directly to 10/100 Base-T LAN at 10Mbps. All connections can be encrypted by AES 256 to provide a secure line. A USB dongle can be used on back panel of device in order for secure authentication - Transmits and receives gigabit Ethernet over STM1, Max transmission rate 150 Mbps - Supports GFP protocol - Supports V-CAT protocol - Provides AES-256 Encryption - Provides non-OS (FPGA-Based) platiorm - Has USB dongle for Authentication - Has 10/100 Ethernet Console port - Can be used as a TAP for network Monitoring
