Capella

Capella is a mobile performance monitoring solution from PARTOV ERTEBATE SABA Company to measure the quality of call, SMS, USSD, data and multimedia services.
Capella is a subset of Pioneer's solution which is designed to measure and analyze mobile functional services. It makes possible to evaluate network performance at different hours of a day and busy routes, roads, terminals or any commercial locations or malls.
Capella extracts all kinds of KPI, KQI indicators and then, by producing a range of analytical reports obtains quality of experience of subscribers from the target services. The measured data are stored in the Pioneer system and the necessary analyzes are displayed in the form of visual reports or output.
