Gigabit over STM1 modem
Saba's CORN-STM1 is a non-OS (FPGA based) modem designed for Gigabit Ethernet over STM1 transmission with two pluggable 155.52 Mbps optical /electrical interfaces, which may be used as a TAP for network monitoring, point to point connection, chain or ring network to provide a compact, cost-effective and flexible solution. It connects directly to 10/100 Base-T LAN at 10Mbps.
All connections can be encrypted by AES 256 to provide a secure line. A USB dongle can be used on back panel of device in order for secure authentication
Transmits and receives gigabit Ethernet over
STM1, Max transmission rate 150 Mbps
Supports GFP protocol
Supports V-CAT protocol
Provides AES-256 Encryption
Provides non-OS (FPGA-Based) platiorm
Has USB dongle for Authentication
Has 10/100 Ethernet Console port
Can be used as a TAP for network Monitoring
