EMX-6 | Full Description & Key Features

Introduction to the EMX-6 Device

The EMX-6 is an advanced hardware-based encryption and traffic-filtering device designed using FPGA architecture and a fully OS-less (operating-system-free) platform.
This design ensures maximum security, stability, and speed for point-to-point data transfer without relying on software-based VPN solutions.

During operation, incoming data is encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm and transmitted through either the Electrical or Optical port to the destination device. At the receiving end, data is securely decrypted and delivered back into the internal network. This process forms a true End-to-End secure communication tunnel.

In addition to encryption, the EMX-6 provides precise traffic filtering, enabling administrators to allow or block traffic based on IP, MAC, Port, or Protocol.
With its Optical interfaces, the device is ideal for long-distance links, industrial networks, critical infrastructures, and SCADA/ICS control centers.


Communication Ports

The EMX-6 hardware supports the following interfaces:

  • 7 × 1Gbps Ethernet ports

  • 1 × Console port

  • 2 × 1Gbps Ethernet ports with Optical (Fiber) support

These ports make the device suitable for industrial, infrastructure, and high-security network environments.


Secure Software-less Architecture (OS-less)

The EMX-6 is built with no operating system, which means:

  • No vulnerabilities related to Windows, Linux, or embedded OS

  • Immunity against malware, ransomware, and software exploits

The device uses modern FPGA technologies, and its firmware can be upgraded without opening the case.
